1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the terms of the EBY Design Ltd Referral Programme (“Programme”) related to referring new businesses to EBY Design Ltd (“EBY Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. By participating in the Programme, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Programme.
2. How the Programme Works
2.1. As a participant in the Programme (“Referrer”), you can refer new businesses to EBY Design Ltd.
2.2. When the referred business spends £5,000 with EBY Design Ltd, the Referrer will receive a reward of £250.
2.3. When the referred business spends £10,000 with EBY Design Ltd, the Referrer will receive a reward of £500.
2.4. The reward amount will increase by £250 for every additional £5,000 spent by the referred business.
3. Reward Options
3.1. Referrers can choose from the following reward options:
a) A Love2Shop voucher. b) A donation to a charity of their choice. c) Marketing services from EBY Design Ltd.
3.2. The chosen reward option will be provided to the Referrer once the spending threshold of the referred business has been met.
4. Referral Process
4.1. To participate in the Programme, the Referrer must provide the necessary information about the referred business to EBY Design Ltd.
4.2. EBY Design Ltd will determine the eligibility of the referred business based on its own criteria.
5. Reward Distribution
5.1. Rewards shall be granted to the Referrer once the referred business achieves the designated spending threshold and the corresponding funds have been successfully deposited into EBY’s bank account. 5.2. The reward will be the chosen option specified by the Referrer.
6. Programme Changes and Termination
6.1. EBY Design Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
6.2. EBY Design Ltd may also disqualify any participant from the Programme if they violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1. By participating in the Programme, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Programme.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. EBY Design Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Programme.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
