    Emergency services

The UK’s emergency services sector is one of the most sophisticated in the world. With the levels of knowledge, experience and technology comparable to any other country it is often seen as a leader when it comes to new working practises, approaches and innovations.

Since we were founded in 2001 working in partnership with the emergency services sector has been at the heart of what we do here at EBY.

The work we have delivered for clients has supported this position and has included a variety of communication and marketing support. With clients representing a variety of organisations we have been able to develop a deep understanding and practical knowledge of the unique requirements of the sector.

Clients we work with include the following:

    • National Fire Chiefs Council, where we have supported the development of their brand, creating a revised identity and a suite of communications assets.
    • JESIP, asked us to develop an app to support first responders at major incidents in order to improve the co-ordination between services. To date the app has had over 150,000 downloads globally.
    • Institution of Fire Engineers, with who we have completed several projects including rebranding, thought leadership campaigns and the design of a new website.
    • West Midlands Police/Counter Terrorism Police where we have developed public facing awareness campaigns around safety and reporting suspicious activities.

Whether it’s a local, national or even an international requirement our experience in the sector has given us an unrivalled understanding of how organisations can communicate their messages effectively.
